Three Phase Oil immersed Transformer Features:

    ·Low-voltage windings typically adopt a cylindrical structure of copper foil winding, except for small-capacity using copper wires. High-voltage winding use a multi-layer cylindrical structure, balancing ampere-turns distribution, minimizing magnetic leakage, and enhancing mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.

    ·Fastening measures for the core and windings include self-locking nuts on device height and low-voltage leads, along with a non-hanging core structure, ensuring transport shock resistance.

    ·Coils and cores undergo vacuum drying, and transformer oil is processed through vacuum filtration and injection, minimizing internal moisture.

    ·The oil tank uses corrugated sheets with respiratory function to compensate for oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage tank and reducing transformer height.

    ·Corrugated sheets isolate transformer oil from the external environment, preventing oxygen and water ingress and maintaining insulation performance.
