The KYN61-40.5(Z) is a 40.5kV rated indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear, designed for three-phase AC 50Hz indoor complete power distribution equipment. It adopts a modular assembly structure and is primarily used in the power distribution rooms of power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. This product complies with GB, DL, and IEC standards and incorporates a comprehensive "Five Prevention" interlocking function, making it suitable for general power systems and frequently operated sites.

1.Excellent Structure and Materials

    The enclosure is made of high-quality aluzinc steel plates or cold-rolled steel, processed by CNC machines and bent, then assembled using bolt connection or riveting, offering high precision, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high mechanical strength. The entire cabinet can be weld-free.

    The metal-clad withdrawable structure divides the cabinet into four separate compartments: circuit breaker compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment, and relay & instrument compartment, isolated by metal partitions with a high protection degree.

    Floor-type movable truck design. The truck frame is equipped with a screw nut drive mechanism and an overrunning clutch, allowing easy movement of the truck and preventing damage to the mechanism due to misoperation.

2.Outstanding Electrical Performance and Safety

    Can be equipped with new composite insulation vacuum circuit breakers (e.g., ZN85-40.5, VD4-40.5, etc.), featuring good interchangeability and simple replacement.

    Comprehensive "Five Prevention" mechanical interlocking functions effectively prevent misoperation and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel:

    Prevent moving the breaker truck while energized

    Prevent erroneous opening and closing of the circuit breaker

    Prevent closing the circuit breaker when the earthing switch is in the closed position

    Prevent access to live compartments

    Prevent erroneous closing of the earthing switch when live

    Each compartment has an independent pressure relief channel. In the event of an internal fault arc, they promptly release pressure and vent gases to ensure safety.

    All normal operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed.

3.Flexibility and Expandability

    Movable Truck Design: Depending on the application, it can be a circuit breaker truck, voltage transformer truck, metering truck, or isolation truck. Trucks of the same specification are fully interchangeable.

    Busbar System: The main busbar can adopt a "triangular" layout and vertical installation, using composite insulation or air insulation, reducing the impact of short-circuit electrodynamic force.

    The cable compartment is spacious, allowing for the connection of multiple cables and accommodating PTs, earthing switches, surge arresters, etc.

    Supports cable connections, overhead line connections, and other functional schemes, enabling combination into various forms of power distribution assemblies.

4.Environmental Adaptability and Reliability

    As key components are sealed in insulation chambers or use composite insulation, performance is less affected by environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, pollution).

    All switchgear circuit breaker compartments and cable compartments can be equipped with anti-condensation heaters with automatically switched controllers.

    Excellent insulation performance of the main circuit, with air clearance not less than 125mm.
