The XL-21 Power Distribution Board is an indoor enclosed low-voltage distribution equipment specifically designed for power distribution, lighting distribution, and motor control in industrial and civil buildings. Constructed with high-quality steel plate, it features a compact structure, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance. It is suitable for three-phase power systems with AC 50Hz/60Hz and rated voltage up to 380V/660V, widely used in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and various building facilities.

1.Robust and Reliable Construction

    Enclosure made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates bent and welded, offering high mechanical strength and durability.

    Enclosed dust-proof design with a protection degree of IP30 or higher, effectively preventing foreign object entry and electric shock.

    Surface treatment: Typically finished with powder coating, corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing (standard color is usually RAL7035 light grey, subject to confirmation).

2.Flexible Electrical Configuration

    Main busbar horizontally arranged at the top of the cabinet, using TMY hard copper bars.

    Supports various electrical components: Can be equipped with isolation switches, circuit breakers (air circuit breakers), contactors, thermal relays, fuses, etc., to meet power distribution and motor control needs.

    Rich single-line diagram schemes: Offers multiple standard scheme options or customizations, can be configured as feeder cabinets, motor control cabinets (e.g., direct-on-line, star-delta, soft-start), or dual power supply transfer cabinets.

    Modular design: Internal mounting beams are adjustable, facilitating easy installation and maintenance of electrical components.

3.Safety and Convenience Design

    Operating handle and display: Equipped with a knife switch operating handle (upper right side) or circuit breaker operating mechanism on the front; door can be fitted with voltmeters, ammeters, indicator lights, operation buttons, etc. for monitoring and control.

    Door design: Single front door (left or right opening), wide opening angle (e.g., >135°). The interior becomes fully accessible when the door is opened, facilitating inspection and maintenance.

    Comprehensive protection: Provides short-circuit, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase failure alarm protection functions.

    Lifting and wiring: Lifting rings on the top for easy transportation and installation; bottom cable entry/exit with cable clamps for secure fixing.

    Environmental adaptability: Suitable for indoor environments with an ambient air temperature ranging from -5°C to +40°C, average temperature not exceeding +35°C within 24 hours, and altitude not exceeding 2000m.

    Special Environment Type: Higher protection degree (e.g., IP41, IP54) or anti-corrosion treatment available upon request.
