MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a product manufactured with standard molds with reference to the MNS series of low-voltage switchgear of ABB Company of Switzerland and comprehensively improved. This device is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 660V and the following systems. As a variety of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment control equipment, can be widely used in various industrial and mining enterprises, buildings and hotels, municipal construction and other low-voltage power distribution system. In addition to general land use, after special treatment, it can also be used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants.
The device conforms to international standard IEC439-1 and national standard GB7251.1.
Structural Characteristics
1. Compact design: more functional units can be accommodated in a smaller space.
2. Strong structural versatility, flexible assembly, with 25mm as the modulus of the C profile can meet the requirements of various structural type, protection level, use of the environment.
3. Standard module design: can be composed of protection, operation, conversion, control, regulation, measurement, indication and other standard units. The user can choose and assemble according to the needs, and more than 200 kinds of parts can be composed of different cabinet structure and drawer unit.
4. Good installation: a large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components, effectively strengthen the protective safety performance.
5. High technical performance: the main parameters have reached the domestic advanced level.

Vertical busbar rated operating current:
800A for pull-out MCC for single or double-sided operation, 800-2000A for single-sided operation with a cabinet depth of 1000mm.
Structural Characteristics
The basic cabinet frame of the device is a combined assembly structure, the basic structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized, through the self-tapping locking screws or 8.8 square angle screws to fasten each other into the basic cabinet frame, and then according to the program change needs, plus the corresponding door,sealing plate, partition, mounting bracket, as well as the busbar, functional units and other components, assembled into a complete device. The dimensions of the parts in the device and the compartment dimensions are modularized (modular unit e=25mm).
