YBW35kV environmentally friendly combined substation is a kind of complete set of products assembled with voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage distribution equipment, lt  serves as the substation and distribution equipment for urban buildings, living quarters, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oilfields, and other power-using departments, with the characteristics of strong set, small volume and compact structure, high reliability, small work load for on-site installation, short cycle of installation height, as well as removable and so on. Appropriate changes in its appearance and color, so that it is compatible with the environment, but also play a role in beautifying the environment is the current urban and rural construction of the alternative products of the substation and the construction of the city network,the transformation of the new complete sets of equipment.

Structural Characteristics

The substation consists of a high-voltage switchgear room, a low-voltage switchgear room, a relay protection room and a transformer room, The shells of high-voltage switchgear room, low-voltage swichgear room and relay protection room can be made of aluminum alloy plate, steel plate or composite plate, The surface of aluminum alloy plate is anodized, which enhances the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy plate. Steel plate and steel structural parts are phosphated, composite plate with bright colors and beautiful and adiabatic, positive combustion and other characteristics. Transformer room is not set up closed shell structure and high safety net cover, not only is conducive to transformer ventilation and heat dissipation, but also to ensure personal and equipment safety.

High-voltage switch room HV

High -voltage switch room can be installed JYN1-35, KYNl0-35 switchgear or 35kV load switch, 35kv into and out of the line way the user can freely choose overhead cable way.

Low-voltage switch room LV

a. When the low-voltage side is l0kV, the low-voltage switch room can be installed with XGN2-1, KZN1-12, KYN1-12 switchgear, HXGNlI-10F,HXGN26-10(F) ring network cabinet.

b. When the low side is 0.4kV, low-voltage switch room (to save space generally do not do low-voltage switchgear) installed in the DWIST series, ME series, M series, F series of frame-type disconnecting circuit and Dz20 series, CM series, H series, S series of molded-case air circuit breakers.

Power failure protection room

AC screen, DC screen, signal screen, protection screen, motion control screen (RTU) carrier screen or fiber optic terminals are installed in the power failure protection room.


Note: According to the user's requirements, this substation can be protected by normal specification relays, or by the microcomputer integrated automation system of the substation.

1.This type of combined substation only needs to pour reinforced concrete foundation on the  outdoor open space;

2.Transformer room 35kV switch room, 10kVor0.4kV switch room area single output unit, in the field for the assembly of coupling;

3.The introduction and lead out of the power supply in the form of overhead and cable, the user can choose according to need, please specify when ordering.
